Booking Policy

All sessions and social media services must be booked in advance.

  • non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after the retainer is received and a contract is signed.
  • Remaining balances are due before services are delivered unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Booking a session or service means you have read and agreed to these policies.

We recommend booking early, as availability is limited.


Turnaround Times

We value quality just as much as efficiency. Turnaround times may vary depending on the service type and workload.

Photography Services

  • Proofs/Gallery Delivery: up to 7 business days
  • Final Edited Images: 7-10 business days

Social Media Services

  • Content drafts or scheduling plans: 3–5 business days for smaller projects Larger projects may vary.
  • Ongoing management timelines are outlined in your service agreement

Rush services may be available for an additional fee if scheduling allows.


Late Policy

We understand that life happens, but timeliness helps everything run smoothly.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened.
  • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Late arrivals do not qualify for extended session time.
  • For social media services, delayed client responses may impact deadlines and posting schedules.

Payment & Failure to Pay

Payment ensures continued service and delivery.

  • All payments must be made by the agreed due date.
  • Failure to pay may result in:
  • Paused or canceled services
  • Delayed delivery of images or content
  • Loss of future booking privileges
  • Final images, content, or deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
  • Any collection or legal fees incurred due to non-payment are the client’s responsibility.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows forfeit all payments made.
  • Reschedules are subject to availability.

Content & Legal Usage Rights

Photography

  • [Your Business Name] retains full copyright to all images.
  • Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license (depending on package).
  • Images may not be altered, sold, or edited without written permission.
  • Credit is appreciated when sharing on social media.

Social Media Content

  • All content created remains the intellectual property of B Nix Photography until full payment is received.
  • Once paid in full, clients receive usage rights as outlined in their contract.
  • We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Creative Rights & Style

By booking our services, you trust our creative process and style.

  • Editing styles, branding aesthetics, and creative direction are at the discretion of [Your Business Name].
  • Requests outside of agreed scope may require additional fees.
  • Revisions are limited to what is included in your selected package.

Respectful Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful working environment.

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

How do i book a Service?

Do you travel?

Yes we travel to clients for onsight shoot days this sessions must be booked 2-3 weeks in advance in order to best accomdate and plan.

Do you only offer Monthly Content services?

We only offer monthly services to business and brands. However we do offer half day or full day services for content creation days for new clients only. For example if you would like to try our services to see if we are a great partnership this is a great way to preview services with us. Fill out the contact form for pricing.

How soon should I book a service?

It is recommended that services be booked 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. All services are first come first serve. Once a service calendar is full clients will be placed on a waitlist. And notify once availability is open.
